We take bookings as early as 3 months out. The sooner the better to ensure we have enough time to make your event perfect! Events booked less than 2 weeks are subject to a rush fee and availability.

50% Retainer fee is required at the time of booking
With the retainer fee you are locking a specific date and time for your event. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event. Retainer fees are non-refundable, but transferrable. Payment plans available.
We are unable to provide custom quotes or proposals prior to booking; but you can always hop over to our services and packages page HERE to get familiar with our menu and decor options before booking your event.

what now?
After we have agreed on date/time/theme, a contract has been signed and the retainer fee has been paid, we'll proceed to design your event. We'll discuss with you other important details, like colors, theme, best time to set up and break down. The day of the party we'll show up at the discussed time and work on your set up. After the event is over, we'll come back at the designated time to take down the set up. Set up time can last up to 2 hours up, depending on the services to be provided. Break down is faster! Usually takes about 30 min.
